Tucker Lake has been Benson, NC’s go-to lakeside retreat since 1990. Owned and operated by the Tucker family, it’s a safe, family-friendly recreation oasis offering affordable daily admission. Families can enjoy crystal-clear water, sandy beaches, water slides, inflatables, and peaceful picnic areas. Lifeguards are always on duty. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times (no exceptions).

Our spacious lakeside pavilion is the ultimate destination for large family parties, reunions, and community gatherings. Equipped with premium charcoal grills, picnic tables, and ample seating, it offers the perfect balance of shade and excitement. Enjoy a private gathering space while staying just steps away from our white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. Call 919-820-9173 for weekend reservations. Admission fees are not included in the rental fee.
Enjoy a family BBQ in our expansive shaded picnic area complete with charcoal grills and family-sized tables. Tables are first-come, first-serve. No reservations needed.
Note:
Hammocks are not allowed to be tied to trees.
Charcoal should be left in the grills when finished. Do not dump charcoal.
Get your heart racing on our towering bend slide and adventurous floating inflatables. Safe, exhilarating fun for all ages. Little adventurers love the polar bear, whale, and other smaller slides.

RV Campsites

Cool treats and hot eats for the whole family. Enjoy affordable, refreshing concessions at the Lakeside Snack Shack. Cool down with a slushy, soft-serve ice cream, or an ice-cold drink. Fill up on family favorites like hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, and pizza.

Plan your family summer adventure today! Enjoy our refreshing lake, sandy beach, and fun attractions—perfect for all ages. You’re welcome to bring most items, except glass, pets, and alcohol. Feel free to bring snacks, umbrellas, chairs, shade tents, coolers, floats, and toys. We also offer rentals: umbrellas for $10 and chairs for $5. For safety, umbrellas are not allowed on very windy days.
