Rules

The safety of our customers and team is our top priority. The following rules apply while on the property; additional rules may also apply as needed. Failure to follow any rules may result in eviction without refund.

  • You enter the property at your own risk. A waiver is posted here and at the gate and must be reviewed before entry. By purchasing admission/entering the facility, you agree to all terms and rules.

  • Lifeguards and employees must be obeyed at all times.

  • Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times. Minors are never to be left alone. Not supervising your children will result in park eviction. Lifeguards are not babysitters.

  • Coast Guard–approved life jackets are recommended. You may bring your own. They are also available at the lake store.

  • NO GLASS, NO ALCOHOL, NO PETS, NO FIREARMS, NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES are allowed. This list is not all inclusive and other items may be addressed. Any vehicles, coolers, bags, etc. that enter the park are subject to inspection. 

  • Fishing, scuba diving, and metal detecting are not allowed.

  • Small slides are for children only.

  • Coolers are allowed, but they may not contain glass or alcohol.

  • Do not remove charcoal from grills. 

  • Nose clips are recommended.

  • Umbrellas and canopy tents are not allowed on windy days.

  • Do not tie hammocks or other items to trees.

  • Paddleboards, kayaks, boats, etc. are not allowed.

Dress Code
Our dress code is enforced to promote a family-friendly environment. NO thongs, G-strings, speedos, exposed undergarments, sagging pants/shorts, or clothing that restricts swimming ability are allowed. All private areas, including buttocks, must be covered. See-through materials over these areas are not allowed. Additional dress concerns may be addressed as needed.​
